Baked Mushrooms with Mayo
Ingredients: 2 appetizer servings
- 4 Tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 8 cremini or regular mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 slice thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
- Chopped parsley (optional)
- Preheat the oven at 450° Fahrenheit.
- Mix the mayonnaise, bacon, and garlic in a small bowl. Distribute the mixture into mushroom caps evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle parsley as an option and serve hot.
