Grilled Chicken Salad
Ingredients: 1 serving
- 1 cup leafy green
- 2 oz romanesco, steamed
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup fried chickpeas
- 6 oz chicken breast
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Kewpie Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing
- In a frying pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken. Remove from the heat and slice the chicken into pieces. Set aside.
- On the serving plate, place the leafy greens, romanesco, bell pepper, avocado, and chicken. Drizzle the dressing and top it with chickpeas. Serve immediately.
