Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Yuzu & Kosho Onion Relish

Ingredients: serves 2

  • 2 rustic sandwich rolls, like ciabatta rolls
  • 1 c. arugula
  • ½ tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 grilled chicken breast
  • Yuzu & Kosho Onion Relish:
    ㆍ½ red onion, thinly sliced
    ㆍ⅓ c. Kewpie Yuzu & Kosho Dressing

Directions

  1. To prepare a relish– in a bowl, mix onion and dressing. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, up to overnight.
  2. To assemble the sandwich- Cut the roll in half. On the bottom of the roll, place a half of arugula, tomato, chicken, and cheese. On the top of the cheese, add half of the relish, and add the other half of the roll. Serve immediately.
