Muscat Tartar Sauce

Ingredients: Makes approx. ¾ cup

  • 10 muscat grapes, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chopped muscat grapes, chopped hard-boiled eggs, optional parsley, and Kewpie Mayonnaise.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve alongside fried fish and/or shrimp.
