Roasted Vegetables and Chicken Salad Bowl
Ingredients: serves 2
- 5 oz Sashimi-Grade Tuna, Sliced
- 5 oz Sashimi-Grade Salmon, Sliced
- 3 Tbsp Kewpie Yuzu Kosho Dressing
- ½ Avocado, Sliced
- ¼ Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- ½ English Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
- 2oz Packaged Green Salad
- Sesame Seeds Optional
- In a small bowl, mix tuna, salmon, and dressing. Set aside.
- Onto plate, place green salad, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and tuna/salmon mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional) and serve immediately.
