Baked Mushrooms with Mayo

Ingredients: 2 appetizer servings

  • 4 Tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • 8 cremini or regular mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 slice thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven at 450° Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, bacon, and garlic in a small bowl. Distribute the mixture into mushroom caps evenly.
  3. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle parsley as an option and serve hot.
