Ingredients: serves 4 appetizer portions
- 5½ baguette, sliced into ½”
- ½ c. Gruyere cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp, chopped Italian parsley
- ¼ c. Kewpie Yuzu & Kosho Dressing
- Toast lightly the baguette slices. Remove from the toaster oven, and distribute cheese evenly over the baguette slices. Toast again until cheese melts.
- Top with parsley and drizzle dressing. Serve hot or warm.
