Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients: 1 serving

  • 1 cup leafy green
  • 2 oz romanesco, steamed
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup fried chickpeas
  • 6 oz chicken breast
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Kewpie Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing


  1. In a frying pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken. Remove from the heat and slice the chicken into pieces. Set aside.
  2. On the serving plate, place the leafy greens, romanesco, bell pepper, avocado, and chicken. Drizzle the dressing and top it with chickpeas. Serve immediately.
