Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Yuzu & Kosho Onion Relish
Ingredients: serves 2
- 2 rustic sandwich rolls, like ciabatta rolls
- 1 c. arugula
- ½ tomato, sliced
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 2 grilled chicken breast
- Yuzu & Kosho Onion Relish:
ㆍ½ red onion, thinly sliced
ㆍ⅓ c. Kewpie Yuzu & Kosho Dressing
- To prepare a relish– in a bowl, mix onion and dressing. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, up to overnight.
- To assemble the sandwich- Cut the roll in half. On the bottom of the roll, place a half of arugula, tomato, chicken, and cheese. On the top of the cheese, add half of the relish, and add the other half of the roll. Serve immediately.
