Kewpie Dipping Flight
Thousand Island:
- 1/4 cup KEWPIE Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. sweet relish pickle
- 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
- Dash of black pepper and kosher salt
Tartar Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp. KEWPIE Mayonnaise
- 1/8 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
BBQ Mayo:
- 4 Tbsp KEWPIE Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Chili Sauce
Mayo Lemon Dill Sauce:
- 1/4c. Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
1. Prepare the Thousand Island sauce:
- Mix and stir well KEWPIE Mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, onion, rice vinegar, salt, pepper (if desired), and sweet relish pickle
2. Prepare the Tartar Sauce:
- Mix and stir well KEWPIE Mayonnaise, chopped onion, and hard boiled egg.
3. Prepare the BBQ Mayo:
- Mix and stir well KEWPIE Mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, black pepper, and chili sauce.
4. Prepare the Garlic Butter Mayo:
- Mix and stir well KEWPIE Mayonnaise, fresh dill, and lemon juice.
5. Serve sauces with fries.
