Kewpie Synergy
KEWPIE Mayonnaise is the secret ingredient that transforms this burger from good to extraordinary. Its rich, creamy texture and unique tangy flavor enhance every component of the burger. When mixed into the ground chuck, it ensures a juicy, flavorful patty. Combined with garlic paste, it creates a sauce that perfectly complements the earthy mushrooms and mild Swiss cheese. Finally, when spread on the buns before toasting, it creates a deliciously crispy surface that adds an extra layer of texture to each bite. This multi-faceted use of KEWPIE Mayonnaise showcases its versatility and its ability to elevate even the most familiar dishes to gourmet status.

Kewpie Pro Tip
To elevate your Kewpie Mushroom Swiss Burger even further, consider these gourmet touches:
- Experiment with different mushroom varieties like shiitake or oyster mushrooms for unique flavors.
- Add a handful of fresh arugula or baby spinach for a peppery crunch and pop of color.
- For an extra umami boost, mix a little Worcestershire sauce into the garlic mayo.
- Try using an artisanal cheese like Gruyère or Emmental instead of Swiss for a more complex flavor profile.
- For a deluxe version, top your burger with a fried egg – the runny yolk will add an extra layer of richness.
