Kewpie Roast Beef & Horseradish Sandwich
Ingredients: Serves 2
For the Saurce
- 4 Tbsp. KEWPIE Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. honey
- salt to taste
For the Sandwich
- 2 pretzel buns, split
- 4 tsp. KEWPIE Mayonnaise
- 8 oz. roast beef slices
- arugula
Directions
1. Prepare the Sauce:
- Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl until well blended. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Sadwich:
- Spread KEWPIE Mayonnaise on the cut sides of each bun, about 1 tsp. each. Toast the buns, mayonnaise side down in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
- Place half of roast beef (4 oz.) on the bottom half of each toasted bun, top with arugula and spread the sauce evenly over the beef. Place the top half of bun. Serve immediately.
