- 1/2 tbsp jalapeño brine
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce Instructions

Dutch Baby Recipe Ingredients
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup whole milk, room temperature
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup shredded, cooked chicken – warmed up
- 2 tbsp diced green onions
Dutch Baby Recipe Instructions
- Place a 10–12 inch cast iron pan in the oven, and preheat to 425°F. Let the pan heat at least 15 minutes.
- Blend eggs, milk, flour, Parmesan and salt until completely smooth, no lumps. Let rest 5 minutes. Carefully (but quickly) remove the hot pan, add the melted butter and swirl quickly to coat.
- Immediately pour in the batter, return to the oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes until deeply golden brown and fully set.
- Turn the oven off, crack the door slightly and let the Dutch baby sit inside for 60 seconds. This gentle transition helps reduce the dramatic drop.
- Bring the cast iron straight to the table (the retained heat helps it hold its shape longer).
-
Top with the shredded chicken, Quesadilla Sauce and green onions.
