Kewpie Pro Tip

To elevate your Mushroom Doria experience, consider these creative variations and tips. For added depth of flavor, try sautéing the mushrooms in a bit of garlic and thyme before mixing them into the sauce. Experiment with different types of cheese, such as Gruyère or Parmesan, to create unique flavor profiles. For a vegetarian version, substitute the chicken with hearty vegetables like roasted butternut squash or eggplant.

To make the dish more colorful and nutritious, consider adding some blanched spinach or peas to the rice layer. For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle a bit of truffle oil over the top just before serving. Remember, the key to a perfect doria is achieving a balance between the creamy sauce and the crispy top.
