Ingredients: 1 serving

  • 2 oz flour
  • 1/2 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2.5 oz pork belly slices
  • 5 oz cabbage, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp Okonomiyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • Bonito flakes (optional)
  • Vegetable oil for frying


  1. In a bowl, mix the cabbage and beaten egg together. Add water and flour. Mix well.
  2. In a frying pan, heat about 2 teaspoons of oil. Transfer the cabbage mixture to the pan and top it with pork belly.
  3. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 4 to 5 minutes.
    Transfer the okonomiyaki to the serving plate. Drizzle okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Top with bonito flakes as an option. Serve hot.
