Okonomiyaki
Ingredients: 1 serving
- 2 oz flour
- 1/2 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 2.5 oz pork belly slices
- 5 oz cabbage, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp Okonomiyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Bonito flakes (optional)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the cabbage and beaten egg together. Add water and flour. Mix well.
- In a frying pan, heat about 2 teaspoons of oil. Transfer the cabbage mixture to the pan and top it with pork belly.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 4 to 5 minutes.
Transfer the okonomiyaki to the serving plate. Drizzle okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Top with bonito flakes as an option. Serve hot.
