In a bowl, mix the cabbage and beaten egg together. Add water and flour. Mix well.
In a frying pan, heat about 2 teaspoons of oil. Transfer the cabbage mixture to the pan and top it with pork belly.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer the okonomiyaki to the serving plate. Drizzle okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Top with bonito flakes as an option. Serve hot.
