Rice Paper Okonomiyaki
Ingredients: Serves 1
- 2 rice papers
- 6oz. shredded cabbage
- 1 egg
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 slices prosciutto
- olive oil spray
For the toppings
- KEWPIE Mayonnaise
- Okonomiyaki sauce
- Aonori (green laver) flakes (optional)
Directions
1. Prepare the Okonomiyaki:

- In a large frying pan, spray oil lightly.
- Dip a rice paper in a water for a few second and place it on the frying pan. Immediately crack an egg over the rice paper and spread evely without breaking the rice paper. Add cabbage , then prosciutto. Dip another piece of rice paper in water for a few second and place it on the top of prosciutto. Heat over the medium heat with lid for about 3 to 4 minutes. Open the lid and spray the oil over the rice paper. Flip the okonomiyaki and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Serve:

- Transfer to the serving plate. Drizzle Okonomiyaki Sauce and KEWPIE Mayonnaise on the top. Sprinkle Aonori if desired. Serve immediately.
