Spinach, Mushroom & Bacon Sautéed Salad
- 10 oz Baby Spinach
- 4 oz Crimini Mushrooms, Sliced
- 4 Slices Bacon, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Kewpie Onion with Roasted Garlic Dressing
- In a large frying pan, cook bacon.
- Remove excess oil and add mushrooms. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
- Add a half amount of dressing and stir. Add spinach and rest of dressing. Sauté until spinach wilts.
