Veggie & Hummus Wrap

Ingredients: Serves 2

For the Hummus

  • ½ cup KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing
  • 1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic

For the Wraps

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups packaged green leaf salad
  • 2 Tbsp. KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing
  • Your choice of vegetables such as:

o Avocado
o Red onion
o Tomatoes
o Cucumber
o Pickled beet slices
o Olives
o Roasted red pepper

Directions

1. Prepare the Hummus:

    • In a food processor, combine the KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing, drained garbanzo beans, and garlic cloves.
    • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Salad:

    • In a bowl, gently toss the green leaf salad with 2 Tbsp. of KEWPIE Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing. Set aside.

3. Assemble the Wraps:

    • Lay out a large flour tortilla on a clean surface.
    • Spread about ⅓ cup of the prepared hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
    • Add half of the dressed salad mixture in the center of the tortilla.
    • Place a slice of Swiss cheese over the salad.
    • Add your choice of additional vegetables on top of the cheese.
    • Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly, enclosing all the ingredients.
    • Repeat the process with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.

4. Serve:

    • Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
