Yuzu Kosho Martini

Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 3oz. vodka
  • 2 tsp. KEWPIE Yuzu & Kosho Dressing
  • 1-½ tsp. dry vermouth
  • lemon peel for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add all ingredients.
  2. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into the chilled glass. Garnish with lemon peel if desired.
