Yuzu Kosho Steak Sauce

Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 8 to 10oz. steak, cut of your choice
  • black pepper and salt
  • ½ Tbsp. olive oil

For the Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. KEWPIE Yuzu & Kosho Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. chicken broth or water
  • 1 Tbsp. heavy cream

Directions

1. Prepare the Steak:

    • Bring the steak back to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
    • Heat the frying pan over high heat. Add olive oil and cook steak until your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the pan.

2. Prepare the Sauce:

    • Pour off extra fat from the pan. Deglaze with chicken broth while the pan is still hot.
    • Add cream and KEWPIE Yuzu & Kosho dressing, stirring well to combine.

3. How to Serve:

    • Slice steak and transfer to the serving plate. Pour the sauce over and serve immediately.
