Yuzu Kosho Steak Sauce
Ingredients: Serves 1
- 8 to 10oz. steak, cut of your choice
- black pepper and salt
- ½ Tbsp. olive oil
For the Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. KEWPIE Yuzu & Kosho Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chicken broth or water
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
Directions
1. Prepare the Steak:
- Bring the steak back to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the frying pan over high heat. Add olive oil and cook steak until your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the pan.
2. Prepare the Sauce:
- Pour off extra fat from the pan. Deglaze with chicken broth while the pan is still hot.
- Add cream and KEWPIE Yuzu & Kosho dressing, stirring well to combine.
3. How to Serve:
- Slice steak and transfer to the serving plate. Pour the sauce over and serve immediately.
